The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the said pet for the agreed price. Exotic Pet Find guarantees that if the buyer should lose money to the breeder during the transaction. The Buyer will get a refund for the full amount from the security deposit made by the breeder. The Buyer must provide proof of payment made to the Breeder and any other backing information available. After the Buyer signs this agreement and making a payment to the Breeder. The Buyer must notify Exotic Pet Find by filling out the contact form on the contact us page. Health Guarantee: The Breeder guarantees that the Pet is in good health at the time of sale and is up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations. The Breeder provides the following health guarantee: a. Vet Examination: The breeder will provide a lifetime health guarantee against congenital defects. The Buyer must take the Animal to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup within seven (7) days of receiving the Animal. If the veterinarian finds the Animal to be ill or have a serious congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, upon return of the Animal. b. Communicable Diseases: If the Animal is diagnosed with a communicable disease within the first fourteen (14) days of the Buyer receiving the Animal, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, upon return of the Animal. c. Vet Examination: The Buyer must take the Animal to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup within seven (7) days of receiving the Animal. If the veterinarian finds the Animal to be ill or have a serious congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, upon return of the Animal. Shipping and Pickup: a. Shipping: If the Animal is to be shipped, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Animal will be shipped via a reputable pet transportation service, and the Buyer will be provided with tracking information. b. Pickup: If the Buyer is picking up the Animal, a refundable deposit of $500 must be paid at the time of this agreement. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon pickup of the Animal. Payment: The full purchase price of the Animal must be paid before the Animal is delivered to the Buyer, either by shipping or pickup. For pickup, a $500 refundable deposit is required at the time of this agreement, with the remaining balance due upon pickup of the Animal. Buyer's Responsibilities: The Buyer agrees to provide the Animal with proper care, including adequate food, water, shelter, exercise, and veterinary care. The Buyer also agrees to comply with all state and local laws regarding the ownership of a Animal.
