Buyer’s Protection
Every breeder who is listed on our website must make a security deposit. How does it work? The breeder must deposit into their account on our website a total equivalent of the cost of the pets they have for sale. By so doing, if a buyer should report a complaint about a breeder and would like their money back. We will simply deduct the total that the buyer sent to the breeder and refund it to the buyer.
After completing a purchase, the buyer has 1 week to confirm that the pet they bought is in a great health state and the breeder’s funds can be released. If we do not hear from the buyer after one week, the breeder’s funds will be refunded to the breeder. The Buyer’s Protection ensures that the buyer will always be able to recover their money if anything goes wrong during the transaction.

Refund Policy:
Every buyer is eligible for a full refund of their payment if the breeder does not deliver on time or the pet has some health issues. This is mentioned in the sales agreement which must be signed by both the buyer and breeder. The Sales agreement is a legally binding contract that covers both parties.
